Meet Your New Crush: Z Crew Member Patrik Franksson

When Taylor Swift released her music video for Blank Space, the internet went crazy over Sean O’ Pry, the model who portrayed her love interest. In the same way, people took notice of the platinum blonde heartthrob Lucky Blue Smith which catapulted him to becoming the Insta-famous superstar that he is today. If you love the likes of Sean O’Pry and Lucky Blue Smith, then you would also love to meet our newest Z-Crew member.

Feel like you’ve seen him before? Maybe you’ve seen him star alongside the beautiful Liza Soberano in a TVC for a popular bakeshop chain in the Philippines.

Similarly, you might have caught glimpses of him during one of Eat Bulaga’s Kalyeserye episodes. He attended the noon show’s birthday bash for the beloved Lola Nidora where he even got the chance to meet 2015’s breakout star, Maine Mendoza!

His name is Patrik Franksson (@patrikfranksson) and he is a Swedish-Filipino model based in the Philippines. Apart from his previous TV stints, Patrik had also worked with local brands and labels like Sunnies Studios and Penshoppe.

If he’s not killing it on the runway, you can catch Patrik and his teammates out in the field. He’s a football champion donning jersey number 20 from the Laos Football Club.

On regular days, Patrik’s off-duty look consists of casual tees and cool jeans. It’s a basic style equation that he can absolutely pull off effortlessly.

With a promising career in modeling (and maybe even football), Patrik definitely deserves a spot on your Instagram feed. He may not be as huge as Sean or Lucky Blue, yet he proves that he is one of the models to watch out for in the local scene.
