1. If I could describe my style in one word, it would be…

Versatile. Before it was just all black, being in New York. Now I would wear anything, I will try anything, and I’ll take risks. What influenced my style over time is more of an emotion. If you’re confident, you own it and you can pull it off. That way you’re more willing to take a risk. Before I didn’t have the confidence to wear something because I didn’t think I could pull it off or wear it well and now it’s all on how you carry it.

2. My favorite item of clothing is…

(Smiles) Oh wow, where do I start. I’m going to have to say there are two. In the summer time it’s a maxi and over all would be a well-structured jacket or blazer. And that’s very true to who I am, I would wear them often.

3. When I’m not working out, I love to wear…

I love leggings. I would still stay in my leggings. You can dress them up or dress them down.

4. Inside my gym bag you’ll find… (or what’s a wild card that we would find inside)

What’s a wild card item you’ll find in my bag? Well that would have to be a chapstick or a heart rate monitor. Oh and water! Because you have to constantly stay hydrated.

5. Top three songs on my workout playlist are…

Fight Song [by Rachel Platten] because this entire year has been a fight song on repeat. Hardwell by the Code — this was on repeat for every physical challenge then The Buzz that’s an awesome remix.

6. My go-to fitness app is…

CustomFit app! Are you kidding me? It’s been my life for like nine months. I know it like the back of my hand.

7. My favorite work-out apparel brands include…

Nike Pro but before that it’s Under Armour. I am a huge fan of Under Armour compression gear. For Nike Pro and just recently during the show, I started to love Lorna Jane and Lululemon. You guys are gonna hate me because before I thought that “Oh, Lululemon is so Yoga”. But people were telling me to try the leggings, the sports bras, and pair them with other things. So I did and I feel confident in Lululemon because I know I look good.

8. When I’m not motivated to work out I…

I listen to my body. If I really need to take a break then I will but if I know I’m just being lazy then I’ll psych myself up in three ways. First is that I’ll get in the sun so if I’m indoors I’ll pull up the shades because that’s a natural energy booster. Second is that I’ll put on a really good playlist with fast cadence because music changes your mood and your attitude. Then because I’m a visual person I need what we call a “fitspiration”. I have things on my fridge, on my coffee table like fitness magazines or ads from Lululemon and I’ll admit it. My phone wallpaper is my cover that just went out. So if I need to realize that “this is what you’ve been working for” and I need to see amazing I look, I would look at my phone.

9. The workout move I’ll never tire of doing is…

Burpees. I don’t know why. For me it’s the only thing that works everything. And I like working out and feeling like I’m dying because then I know it’s actually working.

10. The best piece of workout advice I ever got was…

Don’t be afraid of weights and strengths training. Most girls are afraid of bulking up and picking up weights so they go for small, 2-kilo max because they’re afraid that their body is going to change in a way they don’t want to. I really learned that it changes your composition. It doesn’t make you too muscular and it gives you shape like an hourglass figure.
